RETURN POLICY

Returns must be delivered back to us within 21 calendar days of your order delivery date.  
(Ex. Your order is delivered on June 1.  
We must receive your return on or before June 22.)
    • Stale Returns (Returns received after 21 calendar days) will be rejected.  We are unable to refund or ship back stale returns.  If 21 days have passed (or if your return package won't reach us within our 21-day return period), please do not ship it back to us.  We are not responsible for return packages shipped back to us that do not arrive within our  return window.  If you have any issues with return shipping, please contact your return shipping provider. 
    • We strongly recommend packing your items securely and shipping with a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or unreceived return packages.    
    • Please return all items with original attached tags.  We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, stained (deodorant/makeup) or altered.  
    • We do not accept returns on items discounted using a 20% code or more, bodysuits, swimsuits, gift cards, final sale items and any items returned with unattached store tags.  Please note if any of these items are returned to us, they will be rejected. We are unable to ship back or refund rejected returns.  
    • Sorry, due to limited inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. 
    • Packages refused upon delivery or marked as undeliverable will be assessed a restocking fee as well as any shipping charges incurred. 
    • Final sale items refused upon delivery or marked as undeliverable are not able to be refunded.
